  • Full-time availability for 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday
  • Secure high-speed internet and approved Pennsylvania location for full-time telework (optional reporting to Harrisburg office)

As an Information Analyst, you will play a central role in helping Pennie interpret and apply its data to organizational decision-making. You will examine program datasets, identify significant trends, and develop well-structured reports that inform teams across the organization. Your work will support strategic planning, strengthen operational performance, and ensure Pennie meets its reporting obligations to state and federal partners. By transforming raw information into meaningful insights, you will contribute directly to Pennie’s ability to fulfill its mission and improve services for individuals throughout the Commonwealth.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least two years of professional quantitative analytical experience utilizing data preparation, statistical analysis, or data visualization software programs; and
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, data analytics, healthcare analytics, information technology, statistics, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree)


Additional Requirements:

  • You must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Pennsylvania for the duration of your employment.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) federal- or state-based exchanges and/or Medicaid programs
  • Experience with Sisense business intelligence software
  • Experience with Genesys customer experience and call center technology
