This job involves providing hands-on IT support to customers at a gift shop on a military base, including setting up computers and software, fixing technical problems, and teaching users how to use systems.

This position is located at National Security Agency (NSA) Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) Restaurants Gift Shop at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate IT knowledge and skill in: - Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services;- Installing, configuring, upgrading and trouble shooting hardware and software components; - Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers; - Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests.
Qualifying education is graduate education in one of the following fields of study: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or technology management, or has provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
