This job involves planning and scheduling maintenance work for a large wastewater treatment system in the Seattle area, helping to keep public health and the environment safe by ensuring reliable operations.

The West Section Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Reliability Team is a performance-driven group dedicated to building the skills, confidence, and expertise to schedule and plan comprehensive work packages for O&M teams.
In this role, you will plan and schedule short term and strategic objectives for one of the region’s most complex wastewater treatment systems.

Assist in the development and planning of a comprehensive predictive and preventative maintenance program for the assigned treatment plant and associated facilities.
Implement and administer program requirements including policies and procedures.
Work with section management and plant supervisory staff in determining work priorities and business needs during work order schedule implementation to ensure that the plant operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements daily.
Use the automated maintenance information reporting system to provide regular reports to section management and other supervisory and maintenance staff.
Analyze and evaluate time, labor and material costs and work with section management and other supervisory and maintenance staff in determining methods to improve work production and life expectancy of equipment.
