Full Job Description

The position functions as the Technician within the Reasonable Accommodation Unit that primary serves staff.

This position will receive, process, analyst and determine if the Reasonable Accommodation Request based on Disability, Pregnancy or Religion will be approved or denied based on the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended (Title I and Title II), Civil Rights Act Title VII, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance.

The position will have training coordinator responsibilities as well as create and provide informational sessions on Reasonable Accommodations to New Employees.
