Full Job Description

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S.

Customs and Border Protection, Office of Planning, Program Analysis, and Evaluation Directorate, Strategic Transformation Management Division in the following locations: Washington, District of Columbia Indianapolis, Indiana Minneapolis, Minnesota Salary reflects the Rest of U.S.

scale and will be adjusted to meet the locality pay of the duty location upon selection.

Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Analyzing staffing, hiring, pre-employment, employment, and other processes as they relate to Human Resources with recommendations to streamline processes and establish more effective relations with respective organizations.

Devising workflows that improve and control critical human and system-based Human Resources processes; Analyzing strategic plans for systems' development, enhancement, maintenance, and future development of human resources information systems; Performing function-by-function, element-by-element data reviews and analyses of the Human Resources processes, operating procedures and systems to recommend more efficient processes and follow through with implementing decisions.

Assisting users in identifying, defining, describing, and documenting the features, functions, and attributes of the fundamental Human Resources processes that constitute the business operation.

Devising workflows, based on requirements, that improve and control critical human and system-based Human Resources processes.
