This position serves as a Lead Human Resources Specialist in the U.S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Office of Human Capital (OHC) in Washington, D.C..
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Lead Human Resources Specialist in applying the full range of all payroll/personnel processing matters for OHC customers.
To qualify for the position of Lead Human Resources Specialist, at GS-0201-13, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Conducting research or studies on pay and personnel processing to resolve pay and personnel processing problems or issues; 2) Providing analysis of pay statistical reports to identify problems or trends in payroll functions; AND 3) Monitoring payroll assigned projects, tasks, or milestones to track completion or to advise solutions You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by 04/08/2026 of this announcement.
