Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing human resources programs focused on equal employment opportunities, conflict resolution, and alternative dispute resolution within the U.S. Navy's Fleet Forces Command.
The role includes developing policies, training staff on communication and mediation, serving as a mediator, and handling reasonable accommodation requests for employees.

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the FLT PERS DEVELOPMENT & ALLOCATION DIV, FLT EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES PRG of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing EEO, administrative, and/or HR programs.
-Experience facilitating effective communication for dispute resolution and administrative matters. -Experience conducting research. -Experience analyzing and evaluating reports.
-Experience utilizing conflict resolution skills.
