This vacancy is for a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST position in the Human Resources Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland.

This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST, 0201-14, FPL None positions within the Census Bureau in the same geographical location with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service.
Experience for this position includes:Executing or managing the delivery of executive resources/HR services, including classification, position management, recruitment, and performance; Resolving complex HR issues for customers including career, non-career senior executives, senior professionals and Schedule C employees; Ensuring compliance with governing HR laws and regulations; and Advising leadership on policies related to executive resources programs.
Education: cannot be substituted at this level.
