Marine Corps involves supporting military personnel administration, such as managing user access to systems, reviewing applications for benefits, and handling sensitive documents while following privacy rules.

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the Installation Personnel Admin Office (IPAC) of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI.

GS 05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following performing a variety of administrative type duties to include drafting and editing correspondence; preparing reports, forms, and documentation; and maintaining files.
GS 04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
