You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY/OA) in the Human Resources Department, Director for Administration of NMRTC CAMP PENDLETON CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identifying proper certifications, licenses, and training required for specialty bonuses; Identifying special pay problems and validating the corrective action taken; Operating various computer and software programs; and Interpreting appropriate instructions for processing Officer Fitness Reports and Enlisted Evaluations.
