About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Human Resources Office at Davis Monthan AFB. This position is a Flex Position.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: This is an entry level position therefore no minimum qualifications are required.
Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (i.e., Tier 1 Level) is required.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Performs a variety of general office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, routing and filing correspondence, sorting and distributing the mail, and providing routine support tasks within the NAF HR office.
Performs records management tasks/responsibilities. Drafts outgoing correspondence.
Operates a personal computer and office software programs to enter data, complete forms, and to assist applicants in applying for vacancies.
Utilizes automated office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, or equivalent) in accomplishment of tasks.
Makes copies, scans documents, uploads and files documents for casefile or recordkeeping purposes.
Provides general information regarding position vacancies, application procedures, status on vacancies and requests, etc.
May assist in providing recruitment and placement service to Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) activities. Refers inquiries about specific issues or actions to the appropriate assistant or specialist.
