Under limited supervision, this position performs administrative and professional work at the advanced level in the area of the Transforming Maternal Health Grant (TMaH) within the bureau.
The position will report to the Director of Professional Services for BMS and is responsible for the oversight and administration of the Transforming Maternal Health Grant (TMaH) in West Virginia.
The principal responsibilities of the TMaH Director include Planning, developing, and managing all aspects of the TMaH grant Ensuring full compliance with the TMaH Operational Protocol and Terms and Conditions.
Assuring that the State satisfies all the CMS reporting requirements. Assuring full compliance with State and Federal fiscal requirements.
Assuring the development and submission of the annual TMaH budget. Providing oversight and direction for contractors for TMaH–related initiatives. Providing oversight and direction for TMaH staff.
Developing and maintaining TMaH procedures and processes. Developing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) for the TMaH Program.
Facilitating collaboration with other State agencies, advocates, providers and other stakeholders. Other related duties as assigned.
