Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Human Resources Office of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising and providing guidance to management, employees and prospective employees regarding recruitments AND coordinating the processing of personnel actions and reports.
