You'll act as a key advisor to staff and leaders, managing everything from grievances and benefits questions to recruitment and investigations.

As a Human Resource Analyst 3, you will support key HR functions and serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff.
You will be responsible for managing labor relations activities, including interpreting collective bargaining agreements, coordinating labor/management meetings, and administering the grievance process through investigation, response preparation, and settlement coordination.
Work also involves providing guidance to supervisors on the disciplinary process, coordinating pre-disciplinary conferences, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with established policies.
You will have the opportunity to serve as the on-site coordinator for several HR programs including SEAP, EEO, ADA, and Workplace Violence, assisting with investigations, accommodation requests, and employee support services.
Also in this role, you may participate in hearings, support workers' compensation processes, and serve as the on-site point of contact in the absence of the Field Human Resource Officer.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week, upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office at SCI Forest. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
