In this position, you will provide policy oversight and technical assistance to the Early Learning Resource Centers to ensure program compliance, consistent implementation, and sound funds management.
Your work will involve monitoring quality and implementation through site visits, interviews, and the analysis of reports, data systems, and information.
You assist headquarters in aligning quality initiatives across early learning childhood programs.
Some of your duties will include conducting research, compiling reports, and making presentations as needed.
Additionally, you will support increased participation of the Keystone STARS program and maintain good working relationships among the regional partners managing all early learning programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
