Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Direct onsite management and administration to plan, develop, schedule, implement for family housing services and property management, reviews statistical data to develop current and past expenditures for cost operations; monitors and maintains maintenance information; and provides briefs to various levels of officials, tenants, and contractors for recommendations and/or solutions.
