You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the Fleet and Family Readiness of US NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

*** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of basic principles, techniques, and methodology of housing management functions sufficient to review reports and resident files, identify excessive use of utilities by comparison to average levels of consumption, and recommend corrective action.
