Base salary range: $33,878 - $44,042
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience. Bachelor's degree.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting the Navy's housing program by managing requests for living quarters, inspecting properties for maintenance and cleanliness, and ensuring everything meets required standards.
It also includes overseeing contracts and preparing cost estimates for budgets.
A good fit would be someone with experience in property management or customer service who pays close attention to details and enjoys helping people with housing needs.

For GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
Conducting evaluations, assessments, inspections and reporting requirements to higher level management for contract performance ratings and compliance.
Reviewing data and preparing short-range estimates of projected costs for use by other installation personnel in the preparation of financial reports or budgetary requests.
OR Successful completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
For GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
