Base salary range: $33,878 - $44,042

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.
Plans, organizes and performs work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Navy Community Service Program, local command directives, and Navy Housing Office policies and procedures.

Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs; reviews statistical data; develops information that includes current and past expenditures; and reviews and provides comments to the PPV PM annual housing operating budget.
3. Monitors change of occupancy (COO) specific work for the PPV housing inventory. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
