Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-6. Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement or 1 year graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing military housing facilities, like family and unaccompanied units, by handling inspections, maintenance tracking, and policy updates to keep everything running smoothly.
It's similar to running a large hotel with lots of services for residents.
A good fit would be someone with experience in property or hotel management who communicates well and is comfortable using computers for record-keeping.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Interpreting principles and objectives of PPV/Family Housing and Unaccompanied Housing management, such as would be gained in independently managing a large hotel with extensive services.
Interpreting Hotel/Property management system to include, Electronic Military Housing (EMH) AND ONITY/SAFLOK.
Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with high ranking civilian and military personnel, both within and outside the organization.
