In this role, you will help enforce housing regulations to improve living conditions for residents by scheduling and conducting inspections on rental units throughout York City and York County.

As a part-time Housing Inspector, you will inspect privately owned dwellings leased or intended for leasing under the Section 8 rent subsidy programs and any properties of additional housing programs assigned to the York Housing Authority.
By ensuring dwellings are structurally sound, functionally operative, and maintained in a customary, safe, and sanitary condition, you will help our residents have the chance to thrive!
