You'll coordinate workers, equipment, and budgets while dealing with community concerns and ensuring high-quality work.
It's a great fit for someone with hands-on experience in road maintenance who enjoys leading teams and solving on-the-ground problems.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing plans and cost estimates for a diverse range of work operations, including paving, surface treatments, road widening, construction projects, patching, maintenance of small bridges, installation of guide rails, signage, shoulder cutting, sealing of cracks and joints, as well as snow removal activities.
