High School Transition Services Rehabilitation Counselor II - Provo

Provides counseling services to a combination of general caseload and transition youth, ages 14-24.Provides full performance level vocational counseling and guidance, training and selective job placement services to individuals with disabilities.Partners with the community and provides outreach to vendors to collaborate and coordinate agency activities and facilitate agency goals.Travels weekly to provide outreach to schools, parents, business partners, community partners and training meetings.Exercises a great deal of independent decision making.This position may be under-filled as a Rehabilitation Counselor I or a Rehabilitation Trainee.Rehabilitation Trainee - BS Degree - No work related experience - $20.42.Rehabilitation Counselor I - BS Degree + 1 year work related experience - $22.45.Rehabilitation Counselor II - Masters in VRC or related field + 1 year work related experience - $24.66.Minimum RequirementsThe model applicant for this position is someone who:Has a Bachelors or Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field of study.
