Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and supporting facility projects for naval operations in Hawaii, including planning, budgeting, and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and construction of buildings and systems like power supplies and HVAC.

GS-12: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Examples of specialized experience may include the following: Assisting with coordinating and administering facility projects and familiarity with Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), generators, electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems used to manage integrated building functions Assisting with preparing budget submissions for maintenance and repair funds, cost of maintenance service agreements , and other facilities support contract requirements.
Assisting with full range of facility engineering support including design, construction, repair and maintenance services.
