Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This seasonal job involves helping manage Pennsylvania's forests by preventing and fighting wildfires, collecting data in the outdoors, and supporting conservation efforts for timber, wildlife, and recreation areas.
It's a hands-on role in a forest district, working with teams and partners to protect natural resources.
A good fit would be someone passionate about nature, comfortable with physical outdoor work, and eager to learn forestry skills during the March to November season.
