This position is located in Community Long Term Care (CLTC), Greenville County.

Are you the One? We are looking for a Fiscal Technician I who will work under general supervision of the Area Administrator. Provides technical support for the Phoenix information system, EVV and related activities. Assist with administrative support for the members of the social work and nurse consultant staff, vendors, provider case managers, and other staff as needed including assisting other CLTC offices with essential job functions according to program needs. Maintain a working knowledge of all CLTC programs and related systems including Phoenix information system. Adhere to HIPAA and privacy laws.
  • Perform EVV and related activities.
  • Provides data entry, reporting, and maintenance activities in Phoenix.
  • Monitors and maintains RSP data in MMIS.
  • Performs paraprofessional duties.
  • Promotes Collaboration and Effective Communication.
  • Performs emergency preparedness duties or activities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. May require performing tasks across other business units within the agency.

Requirements

A High school diploma is required.

Bookkeeping experience preferred.


Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional travel, in and out of town, required for meetings and training.

Qualifications

Knowledge of and ability to use personal computer. Knowledge in spreadsheet and database software applications.

Must be able to perform web-based software functions (keying data, run reports, update documents, etc.) The ability to multi-task within time frames and prioritize tasks.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying office practices and procedures.

Knowledge of data preparation for computer applications. Preferred: Phoenix application and workflow experience.
