Job Duties:

  • The Fiscal Technician II perform professional duties in the managing of data collection, maintaining financial transaction, verification of financial transaction, production, reporting and delivery of services.

  • Manage SSI/SSA Conserved Funds for children in foster care. Send monthly email notification to the child's case manager with information on the available balance and reimbursement procedures. Review reimbursement requests for appropriateness of expenditures based on Social Security guidelines.

  • Review Social Security Clearing Account bi-monthly for SSI/SSA benefits. Submit request for creation of new client Acumatica Accounts and request transfer of monthly deposits to existing accounts or to new client accounts.

  • Maintain and track spreadsheet for Representative Payee Reports. Research outstanding SSA checks and request replacements, if necessary.

  • Submit request for new client Acumatica sub-account for Dedicated Trust Accounts and manage the accounts monthly.

  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Requirements

A High School Diploma and experience in entry-level accounting or bookkeeping.

A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for required work experience.
