As a Fiscal Technician, you will serve as the Back-up Coordinator for the agency's purchasing card program by maintaining accounts, providing training and guidance, and reviewing cardholder usage for compliance with Commonwealth policies.
In addition, you will review and enter coding for cardholder expenditures and process financial adjustments as necessary.
Another primary duty entails reviewing invoices and supporting documentation to process payments while working with vendors, end users, and the comptroller to resolve discrepancies.
Working with other members of the fiscal team, you will ensure that expenditures are coded correctly and that the agency's bills are paid.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, upon successful completion of the training period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
