Base salary range: $46,479 - $60,424

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves handling financial accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with Navy financial rules in a support role at a military installation in Guam.
You'll manage systems for things like travel, contracts, and budgeting, while spotting issues in financial data.

You will serve as a FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 11.88% will be added to the stated salary.
COLA is subject to change at any time.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing account maintenance and accounting support requiring a basic understanding of accounting systems (i.e.
SABRS, STARS-FL), Financial Management Regulations (FMR) or applicable policies, and procedures to examine, verify, maintain, and reconcile financial accounts, accounting data, and reports.
