Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of Navy of ASN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with budget execution processes to include control, distribution, and execution of funds.
Experience analyzing financial data to prepare reports and respond to inquiries on budget execution, obligation rates, and expenditure trends.
Experience applying fiscal laws, policies, and regulations to ensure financial operations are compliant and support audit readiness.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience overseeing a budget lifecycle and managing the distribution and execution of multiple appropriations.
Experience developing and implementing standardized financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with fiscal law to mitigate risk.
Experience preparing and presenting comprehensive financial analyst and status updates to senior leadership to support strategic decision making.
