Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing budgets, recommending financial policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for Navy engineering programs in Washington, D.C.

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Financial Management Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing national-level programs to develop, recommend, and implement budgetary and financial policies.
Interpreting, assessing, and projecting the potential impact of new or revised congressional legislation and executive orders.
Leading, supervising, motivating, and counseling employees to build an effective team.
Applying supervisory and management principles, practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
