Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing financial operations, property assets, and budgets for Navy installations in Europe, ensuring everything complies with rules and supports program goals.
You'll analyze spending, prepare reports, and use systems to track assets and finances to help leaders make smart decisions.

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Department ofCOMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE .
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting policies, precedents, and regulations of financial functional areas such as financial oversight, property management, and/or official travel; 2) Analyzing and evaluating changes in program guidance, plans, funding and/or budgetary relationships; 3) Assessing risks and deficiencies in business processes to ensure audit readiness; and 4) Monitoring expenditures in financial management systems to ensure cost-effective support of programs and policies.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
