Requirements
- Assist with annual budgets and fiscal year-end closeout.
- Process monthly reconciliation reports.
- Review payables in Vantage.
- Responsible for asset management.
- Prepare quarterly financial federal grant reports.
- Provide financial policy guidance to the Division.
- Initiate IDTS, ITI/ITAs, and journal entries.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Experience managing accounting and budget activities.
- Experience with financial reports.
- Able to reconcile financial statements and reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field and experience in a financial related field.
- Experience with the State of Utah Vantage accounting system.

- Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
- Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
