Requirements

  • Assist with annual budgets and fiscal year-end closeout.
  • Process monthly reconciliation reports.
  • Review payables in Vantage.
  • Responsible for asset management.
  • Prepare quarterly financial federal grant reports.
  • Provide financial policy guidance to the Division.
  • Initiate IDTS, ITI/ITAs, and journal entries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience managing accounting and budget activities.
  • Experience with financial reports.
  • Able to reconcile financial statements and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field and experience in a financial related field.
  • Experience with the State of Utah Vantage accounting system.
