The USPS OIG is seeking a highly qualified applicant to fill our Enterprise Business Solutions Manager position in the Office of Chief Information Officer in the located in Arlington, Virginia.

Relocation expenses will not be authorized for this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS You must meet ALL of the minimum qualifications listed below.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field experience.
AND At least five (5) years professional experience planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure technical implementation aligns with stakeholder expectations following Agile methodology.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Previous supervisory experience managing a technical staff of 7 or more in aligning solution design with business requirements.
Previous experience with low-code/no-code development platform (e.g.
Power Platform) with an understanding of platform governance-covering security, compliance, environment lifecycle management, and audit processes.
Proficient in prompt engineering to design precise, context-rich instructions and workflows for generative AI models, enabling autonomous, task-oriented AI agents that enhance customer service, drive automation, and accelerate decision-making.
Previous experience in conducting market research on COTS solutions, evaluating and analyzing emerging technologies for enterprise-wide adoption, and ensuring system compliance with security vulnerabilities and maintenance patches.

Effectively communicate and explain technical facts and situations to all levels of leadership by adapting oral, written, and graphical methods to suit their specific needs and understanding for better clarity and impact.
Demonstrated experience in ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards, enforcing rigorous governance policies, and managing environment expansion, security roles, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies related to Power Platform.

The USPS OIG uses a Pay Banding system, which is equivalent to the Federal GS scale. Grade and salary determinations will be made based upon a candidate's education and professional experience.
This position is being advertised at the Manager Band level, equivalent to a GS-14. The salary range for this position is $150,610.00 - $193,790.00. The salary figures include locality pay.

Responsible for leading the team through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include presenting complex or controversial assessment results, negotiating agreements, and influencing agency-wide solutions and plans.
Remain informed about current and emerging technologies applicable to agency operations by attending conferences and vendor demonstrations to gain insights into potential technological advancements.
