This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serve as an Office Engineer responsible for construction project and contract management, technical review of planned work and work in progress, development of changed scopes of work, cost estimates, review of contract modification documents, and negotiations with contractor.
