Base salary range: $56,527 - $73,486

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an electrical engineering technician to maintain, repair, and improve cranes used in a naval shipyard, focusing on electrical systems and developing better procedures for their upkeep.
You'll collaborate with engineers on designs, create technical drawings, and resolve issues with crane equipment.

You will serve as a Engineering Technician (Electrical) in the Technical Division, Crane Procurement Section of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and developing technical engineering procedures to execute repair work including identifying deficiencies and recommending improved work control procedures for crane maintenance.
