Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting ship maintenance and repair projects in the U.S.
Navy by planning work methods, coordinating teams across departments, and tracking progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the CARRIER OR SUBMARINE PROJECT ENGINEERING & PLANNING DIVISIONS, ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or developing technical engineering work methods and procedures to provide project planning and technical direction to support the execution of ship maintenance and repair projects to include identifying project barriers or recommending solutions.
