Major Duties:

  • Will serve as Project Manager (PM) for facility construction projects.
  • Subject matter expert on facility construction for all Defense Health Agency (DHA) owned buildings.
  • Identify deficiencies, write construction scopes and prepare cost estimates in accordance with accepted engineering standards.
  • Serve as Government representative for general oversite and Quality Assurance on multiple maintenance and construction contracts.
  • Evaluate customer generated work requests to develop projects to include development of statements of work.
  • Review and approve contractor construction schedules, invoices, quality control documentation.
  • Utilize Office Automation, i.e., including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
