This job involves reviewing and processing applications for building, electrical, and plumbing permits, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all paperwork meets regulations.
It's a busy role managing over 50 permits daily and using computer systems to track everything.
A good fit would be someone detail-oriented with customer service skills and basic knowledge of construction plans who enjoys organized, fast-paced work.
Pay Schedule I, Grade 22, Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week
