TO QUALIFY FOR ND-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-02 (GS-5/GS-8 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer, applying basic engineering principles to assist with or conduct research related to the development of energetic materials utilizing basic techniques, procedures, and methods.
TO QUALIFY FOR ND-02: You must have successfully completed a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included a major field of study as described in the Education section of this flyer.
