This job involves leading engineering efforts for naval combat systems, focusing on designing, testing, and maintaining advanced gun weapon systems and digital networks on surface ships.
You'll guide teams through all stages of project development, from initial creation to ongoing support, ensuring everything meets high standards for the Navy.

You will serve as an ENGINEER in the DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12857380-26-NDF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer applying advanced engineering principles to support the system engineering and Test & Evaluation of complex programs for Naval surface ship combat systems.
