This job involves leading a team of 5 to 30 civilian and military workers in repairing and maintaining complex electronic systems for naval weapons at a submarine refit facility in Washington state.
The role focuses on assigning tasks, ensuring quality work, managing schedules, and handling performance reviews to keep maintenance on track during overhaul cycles.
It's a good fit for experienced electronics technicians with strong leadership skills who enjoy supervising hands-on technical teams in a military environment.
You will serve as a ELECTRONICS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECH SUPV I in the Weapons Repair Department of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.
Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
