Base salary range: $41,966 - $54,557

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps by managing student enrollments, tracking their progress through college degree programs, and preparing reports for leadership.
It requires handling administrative tasks like evaluating transcripts, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with policies.
A good fit would be someone with experience in education administration or student services, who is detail-oriented and comfortable with databases and budgeting.
You will serve as an Education Technician in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Program Operations of NSTC GREAT LAKES.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Advising and implementing polices and procedures when coordinating planning, programming and budgeting.
2) Enrolling and placing program personnel entering the degree portion of their programs. 3) Monitoring or Tracking the progress of students from start to finish of baccualurate degree programs.
4) Utilizing various databases to track, record, and manage records via spreadsheets, graphics and reports presented to management.
5) Identifying, analyzing and making recommendations when an issue arises.
