DSHS SCC Licensed Practical Nurse 2 (LPN2)
Join our team at the Special Commitment Center (SCC), on McNeil Island, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 and make a meaningful impact. SCC employees also receive an additional $10 per day premium pay in addition to advertised salary and a free ORCA card for transportation use. Ferry transportation is provided to McNeil Island employees. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.The shift is from Monday through Friday, 2PM - 10PM
Some of what you'll be doing: - Provide treatment and nursing care for people who have developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders.
- Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health.
- Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams.

Who should apply:
- Professionals with a valid Washington state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or those who can obtain the license prior to employment.
