Join our team as a Payroll Fiscal Analyst 3 and play a vital role in ensuring accurate payroll operations while making a meaningful impact!
As a Payroll Fiscal Analyst 3 Lead, this position will collaborate with team mates to train new staff, review complex issues through to resolution and analyze and execute more complex and difficult payroll transactions including shared leave, LNI and assaults, among others.
This position will also lead and ensure completion of the review, analysis, reconciliation, and maintenance of the payroll revolving Fund 035 for General Ledger 5181 (Employee Insurance Deductions Payable) and payroll related discrepancies for the whole agency.
Reconcile financial and payroll data and balance with general ledger trial balance by creating and analyzing payroll systems (Benefits 24/7& HRMS) and financial systems (AFRS) output reports.

Who should apply?
Two to three years of relevant professional experience NOTE: Professional experience may substitute for education, but not for the required credit hours.
A master’s degree in a financial-related field, certification as a Public Accountant, Internal Auditor, Certified Governmental Financial Manager, or Management Accountant may be substituted for professional experience.
