This job involves working as a psychology associate at a residential center for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, where you'll assess behaviors, create and oversee intervention programs, and train staff to help residents build better skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

DSHS Lakeland Village Psychology Associate
Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center, operated by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Behavioral Health and Habilitation Administration (BHHA) is seeking a dedicated Psychology Associate to join our Psychology Department.
As a Psychology Associate, you will will work with individuals diagnosed with developmental/intellectual disabilities who are receiving services in a Nursing Facility or Intermediate Care Facility at Lakeland Residential Habilitation Center.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals diagnosed with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
Additional Information:
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary
This in not a remote position, person must be in-office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
