Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This on-call registered nurse position at a Washington state behavioral health center involves providing psychiatric and medical care to adults in competency restoration programs, helping them build stability, coping skills, and prepare for legal proceedings.
You'll work as part of a team to assess patients, educate on treatments, monitor safety, and lead group activities during evening or night shifts.

The work here is purposeful. You'll help residents regain stability, strengthen communication and coping skills, and prepare them to move forward in the legal process.
As an on-call Registered Nurse 2, you’ll collaborate with behavioral health professionals, social workers, and clinicians who share your commitment to high-quality care.
Every shift offers the chance to use your clinical expertise in meaningful ways, which support residents through recovery, change, and growth.
Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
