This job involves helping customers in person at a social services office by answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing information about programs like food and transportation assistance.
You'll also handle office tasks such as processing mail, managing supplies, and keeping files organized.
It's a good fit for someone with customer service experience who is reliable, empathetic, and comfortable working full-time in an office setting to support people in need.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience providing assistance to clients/customers regarding inquiries, complaints or problems.
One year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist 1.
