GS-13: To be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must have ONE year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal Service.
Specialized experience includes experience performing the following: 1) providing advisory services to senior management officials in an administrative program area; and 2) overseeing a program or leading a team for one or more of the following administrative program areas: (a) Budget; (b) Human Resources (HR); (c) Information Technology (IT); or (d) Acquisitions and/or Contracting.

This position is located in the United States Attorney's Office, District of Nebraska.
If selected for this position you will serve as Supervisory Administrative Services Specialist (Deputy Administrative Officer), with responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating a variety of support services functions that are essential to the orderly and efficient accomplishment of the work of the United States Attorney's Office.
Typical duties include: Providing supervision to individuals performing or supporting human resources, budget, contracting, and acquisition functions.
Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting goals and priorities and prepares schedules of subordinates.
Overseeing administrative support services for a variety of programs areas and administrative support activities.
Assisting the Administrative Officer in monitoring the district-level personnel services within the context of delegated authority.
Providing management advice and assistance in management-employee relations areas to include awards, performance management, benefits, performance based adverse actions, grievances, adverse actions, etc.
Overseeing budget and financial management activities of the district. Managing procurement and contract administration under the district's delegated procurement authority.
