This job involves helping people in a city court by answering questions, processing paperwork like citations and bonds, and working with police and court staff.
It's a front-line role in a busy office where you'll handle calls, data entry, and document scanning while dealing with the public daily.
A good fit would be someone patient and organized who doesn't mind shift work, including weekends and holidays, and has basic office experience.

EDUCATION
Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
EXPERIENCE
Six months of administrative or customer service-related experience is required.
Substitution: An Associate’s degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.
LICENSE
NonePrior court, legal or paralegal experience as well as knowledge of court policies and procedures is a plus.Experience in Windows and Microsoft office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional Information SELECTION / SKILLS TESTS REQUIREDNone; however, the department may administer, and the applicant must successfully complete a skills-assessment relevant to job description.
